Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery is 2–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days from order placement.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is new, unused, and uninstalled
  • The item includes all original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories
  • The item is not missing components and is not damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery

We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions above. Certain large or custom-configured items may be subject to additional return conditions, which will be communicated prior to return authorization.

4. Reporting Damage, Defects, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. For large freight deliveries, inspect the packaging before signing the carrier's delivery receipt and note any visible damage on the receipt.

  • Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at info@clinicalspastore.com and include your order number, photos and/or video clearly showing the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Missing items: If something is missing from your package, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the details of the missing item(s). We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Damage or missing item claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution.

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending any item back, you must contact us to request return instructions. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • A brief explanation (and photos if the item is defective or arrived damaged)

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and any required authorization details.

6. Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping and return labels are the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping for any approved return or exchange. For large or freight items, the customer is responsible for arranging appropriate LTL freight return service.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from the refund total. If an exchange is approved for the same item, the restocking fee may be waived at our discretion.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped)
  • Refund amounts may be reduced for the restocking fee and any missing components, damage, or condition issues

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and product availability. Replacement items ship after the returned item is received and approved, or as otherwise confirmed by our support team.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are clearly identified on their individual product pages prior to checkout.
  • Custom-configured or made-to-order items, where applicable

10. Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Because orders begin processing shortly after placement, cancellation windows may be limited.   • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process outlined in this Policy.
