  • Shipping fee: $60 for orders under $100 (continental United States)

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are generally processed within our standard handling time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed beginning the next business day.

5.4 Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are based on a handling time of 1–2 business days and a transit time of 2–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–9 business days. These are estimates only and may vary by product, carrier, and destination. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

5.5 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

5.6 Reporting Damage and Missing Items

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and/or video clearly showing the issue.
  • Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing item(s).
