We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept freight or carrier delivery.

  • Free shipping: Orders over $100
  • Flat rate shipping: $60 on orders under $100
  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday
  • Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 2–7 days transit)
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Returns & Refunds Notice

Approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped)
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/video
  • Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Certain large or custom-configured items may be subject to additional return conditions, which will be communicated prior to return authorization
