2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States only.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes that cannot accept freight or carrier delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We do not add hidden shipping fees. Applicable taxes may be charged at checkout where required by law. Please note that outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4. Order Cut-Off, Handling, and Delivery Estimates
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM CST (business days). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are generally processed within our standard handling time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Total estimated delivery time is typically 3–9 business days, calculated as:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on product type, carrier operations, destination, weather, and other factors. Large or oversized items (such as saunas, cold plunges, and massage chairs) may ship via LTL freight carrier, which may require scheduling a delivery appointment.
If an item requires additional time, the product page will display an estimated shipping timeline, which may override the general estimates above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight services depending on destination, package size, and product type.
Shipment tracking
Tracking information is generated once your order ships and will be sent to you by email. Please allow up to 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking details to become active in the carrier's system.
Insurance

Delayed or lost packages

Marked delivered but not received

- Check with neighbors, building management, or a mailroom

Damaged packages
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. For large freight deliveries, inspect the packaging before signing the carrier's delivery receipt and note any visible damage on the receipt. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To file a damage claim:
